With the help of a light metal rolling machine, the roll of metal is profiled along the edges into folds and cut into the lengths necessary for installation. The length of ready-to-install folded sheets can be almost anyone and equal to the length of the roof slope. Thanks to this, transverse overlaps and folds are almost completely excluded (the main place where roofs leak). These sheets are attached to the crate with staples, which does not violate their integrity.

The fastening system hidden under the fold guarantees no leakage and does not require through holes. There are no rubber seals or adhesive seams here - everything is hidden inside the metal wrapped several times, in the rib. The ribs formed by the folding system provide additional rigidity of the coating and the direction of water or snow along longitudinal lines, excluding lateral flow or sliding of snow.
